Do you need my password?
No. Never. We don't log into your account and we don't contact the platform. Anyone who asks for your password to "recover" an account is a scammer.
Can you get my account back?
No one can honestly promise that. What you get is the full set of letters EU law allows, so the platform has to look again and explain itself in writing.
How fast do I get my documents?
Straight away. As soon as your payment goes through, your download page opens and we email you the link.
What if something goes wrong?
If we can't build your documents, you get your money back automatically. If something in them is wrong, you have your statutory rights: tell us and we fix it or refund you.
I don't live in the EU. Can you help?
The EU rules only protect people who live in the EU, so we don't sell the packages elsewhere. The free check still shows you what you can do for free.
